The Alzheimer’s Society’s Memory Cafés provide a warm welcome and comfortable environment for people with dementia and their carers to meet with others in a relaxed social setting.
Memory Cafés are places to meet and talk to other people experiencing the same challenges and joys and to share experiences and obtain information and guidance. Many Memory Cafés rely on volunteer support.
You can find out more about Memory Cafés around the UK here and see what impact they have had on the people who visit them by watching these films. You’ll find more information and support at www.alzheimers.org.uk
